Poster Submissions

Please note that this year’s conference will be online.

Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference. In the poster session, authors will have the opportunity to make a brief presentation and discuss their work.

Please include in a separate attachment personal and affiliation details.

Full posters will be invited on acceptance of abstracts.
Deadline for full posters: 3 November 2023.

Guidance for posters

• Title/subtitle, institutional affiliation and contact address should be included in a banner at the top, with the title in upper case
• Logos should be in a banner at bottom right
• Arial or other sans serif font, such as Verdana, 24-28 point, which can be read from a distance
• Harvard referencing

All posters will be peer reviewed. Full posters will be published in the Book of Proceedings with an assigned ISBN.
